Inbound and outbound

At VOS we take care of the entire inbound and outbound warehousing of our clients. With our years of experience, dedicated colleagues and development of our Value Added Logistical services, we can give any and all freight the VIP treatment. This treatment includes services such as sampling, labelling and gas measurements. This only further deepens the trust our clients have in our reliability, professionalism and quality services.

What does it entail?

Inboud logistics is the summarising term we use to describe any and all actions necessary to register goods coming into our warehouses. This way we can ensure the proper tracking and tracing of the freight, as well as guarantee that the product are stored in the right way. We register and inspect incoming goods for management in our warehouse. This is automated in our Warehouse Management System, which makes stock transparent and traceable in real time. A selection of our inbound services:

• Unloading and palletizing of goods, stripping of containers
• Check the goods for damage, repack if necessary
• Registration of serial numbers, batch numbers and expiry date
• Labelling, stickering, sealing

Track & Trace

Our scale allows us to offer tailor-made solutions in the processing of your orders. Of course, we offer picking principles such as first in, first out, et cetera. Outgoing goods are transported to the final destination after registration. Track & Trace is always available through our Transport Management System.
