Do you want to store your goods reliably? You can do that at Vos Transport Group. Spread across our locations in Deventer, Ittervoort and Alblasserdam, we have approximately 50,000 m2 of space for warehousing. With over 35,000 pallet spaces, we can optimally store all your goods. This offers customers with large quantities of goods sufficient space for storage. It also gives companies that need storage near transport hubs such as the port of Rotterdam and the Belgian and German borders the opportunity to transport goods quickly.

Inbound and outbound
At Vos Transport Group, we can take care of your entire inbound and outbound logistics. We realise a smooth flow of goods from your supplier to the customer. The warehouse where most inbound and outbound logistics take place is located in Alblasserdam and is over 20,000 m2 in size. The location between the ports of Rotterdam, Antwerp and Moerdijk and Rotterdam Airport is ideal for many companies. This inbound warehouse has 22,000 pallet spaces. We register and inspect incoming goods for management in our inbound warehouse. This is automated in our Warehouse Management System, which makes stock visible and traceable in real time. Some of our inbound warehousing services:
- Unloading and palletizing goods
- Stripping containers
- Checking the goods for damage and repacking if necessary
- Registration of serial numbers, batch numbers and, if applicable, expiry dates
- Labeling, stickering, sealing
In our outbound warehouse we offer 45,000 m2 for cross-docking. This way we can make all your transports as efficient as possible at optimal costs.
Dry storage
For goods that need to be stored dry, we have locations in Alblasserdam, Ittervoort and Deventer. Here you can store both individual pallets and bulk products. Whether it concerns food or non-food products, we store them in a safe environment with optimum humidity. In our dry storage space, your goods remain in perfect condition and are protected against all forms of damage. Our Warehouse Management System registers incoming and outgoing dry goods. Your products are therefore fully traceable, and your inventory status is always up-to-date.
Food storage
In our warehouse in Alblasserdam, we have 22,000 pallet spaces for the storage of (organic) food, of which 18,000 are suitable for dry storage. In addition, we can store temperature-sensitive products, such as dried fruits and nuts. We keep the temperature as constant as possible with separate docking stations, so that the products retain their quality. Thanks to our Warehouse Management system, everything is registered automatically. Your goods are therefore traceable at all times and your inventory status is always up to date. Our activities are certified according to ISO9001 (quality management), BRC (food safety) and SKAL (bio control). We therefore apply the applicable laws and regulations in all our activities. In order to unburden you as much as possible, we also offer various Value Added Services for the storage of food products, such as weighing and packaging products.
Customs warehouse
Vos Transport Group has a permit to store your goods in accordance with the conditions for customs warehouse. At our customs warehouse in Alblasserdam, you can temporarily store your goods or transport them to the country of destination without paying import duties and VAT. Only when the goods are released into free circulation in the European Union, will the import duties and VAT be settled. If the goods leave the EU, you do not even have to pay any import duties and VAT. Our warehouse is subject to customs supervision and must always be accessible for inspection. All incoming and outgoing goods are approved and accurately managed in our Warehouse Management System.
We can store your goods for an indefinite period and take all your worries off your hands. When storing in our bonded warehouse, it does not have to be clear what the destination of your goods is. It is also interesting for companies with a production process. You may not know in advance whether the raw materials will be used for production in or outside the EU. In our warehouse we store the goods under customs supervision. When the production process starts, the goods are released into free circulation or can be placed under active distribution. In addition, it is interesting for overseas companies that are going to enter the European market to use our customs warehouse. The Netherlands is a good base for this.
