Many loading and unloading addresses will be closed or have limited opening hours during this period, which can affect the transit time of your shipments. To avoid additional costs, please make sure to align this carefully with your customer before booking with us.

Adjusted Departure and Delivery Dates – Spring 2025
🇧🇪 🇳🇱 Benelux
- Daily loading and unloading possible, except on public holidays
- Limited service on public holidays possible upon request
- Be aware of closed receiving locations and adjusted hours
- Restrictions around:
- Good Friday (April 18) – check if your customer is open
- Easter weekend (April 20–21)
- May 1st (Labour Day – Belgium)
- May 5th (Liberation Day – Monday) – we are operational, check with your customer
- Ascension Day (Thursday, May 29) & Friday, May 30 (possible bridge day)
- Pentecost (June 8–9, Sunday and Monday)
🇩🇪 Germany
- Last departure before Easter:
Wednesday, April 16 for the middle and north. For the southern part it is the 15th.
- Driving ban on Good Friday (April 18)
- Resumption: Tuesday, April 22
- Restrictions around May 1st, Ascension Day (May 29), and Pentecost (June 8–9)
- Regional closures of loading locations expected
🇩🇰 Denmark
- Last groupage departure before Easter: Tuesday, April 15
- Last FTL departure: Wednesday, April 16
- No deliveries between April 17 (Maundy Thursday) and April 21 (Easter Monday)
- Resumption: April 22
- May 2: limited options due to driving bans in Germany on May 1
- Restrictions around Ascension Day (May 29)
- May 30: limited options due to German driving bans on May 29
🇸🇪 Sweden
General:
- Limited loading/unloading options around Easter, May 1, Ascension Day, Pentecost, and Midsummer
- May 2: limited options due to driving bans in Germany on May 1
- May 30: limited options due to driving bans in Germany on May 29
- Midsummer (Friday, June 20) is a national holiday, with most businesses fully closed
Southern Sweden & Gothenburg:
- Last departure before Midsummer: Wednesday, June 18
- Resumption: Monday, June 23
- Deliveries between June 20–23 are by arrangement only and subject to availability
Stockholm region:
- Longer lead times due to distance and limited departures
- Reduced groupage availability in the lead-up to holidays
- Deliveries around public holidays are by arrangement and based on availability
- Preferably book at least 5 working days in advance
🇳🇴 Norway
- Restrictions around: Easter, May 1, May 17 (Constitution Day), Pentecost
- Last departure before Easter: Monday, April 14
- Resumption: April 22
- Customs delays and limited delivery capacity may apply
- Deliveries around holidays are by arrangement and depend on available capacity
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
- Closed from April 18–21 due to Easter
- May 5: national holiday
- May 26: national holiday
