Many loading and unloading addresses will be closed or have limited opening hours during this period, which can affect the transit time of your shipments. To avoid additional costs, please make sure to align this carefully with your customer before booking with us.

Delivery schedule – December & Early January
Please note below mentioned is applicable for all our export destinations. For the Benelux deliveries the impact will be more limited. For this destinations please be extra careful for the deliveries on 31-12-25 and 2-1-26. On this days our possibilities are limited and extra cost can occur.

Special Deliveries
Deliveries on public holidays or by special request are subject to prior approval. In most cases, a surcharge will apply.
Recommendation
We strongly recommend planning your transports early to avoid delays and additional costs.
Please also check with the relevant loading and unloading address to ensure that they are actually open and that the opening hours are correct. If this turns out to be incorrect afterwards, we will be obliged to pass on the costs incurred.
Driving Bans – Northern Germany (Holiday Period 2025)

Note: The bans apply throughout Germany, including Northern states such as Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony, Hamburg, and Bremen. Standard Sunday and holiday driving bans for trucks over 7.5 tons also apply every Sunday from 00:00 to 22:00.
